How It Works
1) Discovery call (free) — We talk through your event, your goals, and what you need the footage to do after the day is done.
2) Pre-production — Run sheet review, location walk-through if needed, shot list locked in so nothing gets missed on the day.
3) Event day — You focus on running a great event. I will handle everything behind the lens.
4) Post-production — Editing, colour grading, sound mix, and delivery in all formats you need — typically within 1–2 weeks of the event.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, especially for large events. We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks before your event date to allow time for planning. That said, if you have a last-minute need, get in touch and we'll do our best.
Do you travel outside Brisbane?

Yes, we regularly cover events across the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Travel to other locations in Queensland and beyond can be arranged, just mention it when you enquire.
Can I get raw footage as well as edited content?

Raw footage can be provided on request — just let us know upfront so we can factor it into your package.
What if my event runs over time?

We build buffer time into every shoot. If your event significantly overruns, additional hours can be added at an agreed hourly rate, we'll always communicate with you on the day if that looks likely.
